Pages 09' Print settings

(Not quite sure if you want to print pages 2 and 3 or 2-3 copies of a document, doesn't really matter ...)
It depends on your printer software. The software could be defaulting to a simple version. There should be a blue triangle next to the name of your printer software. Click it and you'll see the "complicated" version of the print dialog. And there you can choose the number of copies, which pages, and other settings.
