Pages 13, how to print comments?

Hi! So i am using the new pages, however how do I print the document with all of the comments also viewable? I was able to do this in the old version how do I do it in the new? Thanks!

Yes, this is a deal-breaker for Pages 5 if we can't print comments. Anyone have any ideas or workaround?
