I am using Apple Pages 10.3.5 and, for the first time in a while, inserted a hyperlink into the document

The last time I did so, the link appeared in blue and underlined blue

It now shows up in black and underline in black

Was this a change on Apple's end or did I somehow change a setting without realizing it?

Is there a way to have Pages revert to creating hyperlinks in blue with blue underline?

You now style your hyperlink just like a regular piece of text.

First you highlight the hyperlink (use arrow keys on the keyboard) and change the color:

then you just update your link style to retain the change:
