Pages marking almost every word spelt wrong!!

I have a document thats marking almost every word spelt wrong. Sometimes it will underline a word, then when i spell it again later its not marking it. All my languages are set to english. Any suggestions?

Post a screenshot. With "spelt" and "thats" maybe Pages is correct.
