I thought those 3 were included in the late 2013 models..
    I can't find them anywhere.
I just bought this 2 days ago, and I haven't done any deleting or anything like that.
Anyone know why this might be?

Might be an anomaly. There's somewhere in the Apple site that allows you to claim these software, by just entering your serial number.

IMHO they don't come preinstalled. You need to look into Purchases section of App Store.

They came preinstalled in my MacBook Air and rMBP.

Mine were under software update. Late 2013 13" just purchased about a week ago.

I've gone through 4 late 2013 rmbp's and I can tell you they don't come preinstalled. After setting up your account when you connect to the internet for the first time you should get a notification saying that they are available for download. If you miss the notification, simply open the app store app and they should be listed in your purchases section.

I went through 3 13" Late 2013 rMBP's, and two of the three had them pre-installed. I really wouldn't worry about it, as long as everything else works.

They are a free download in the App. store for MBP users.
