Pages & Numbers Folders

We use Pages and Numbers on our iMac. We have installed versions of both on our iPad (1stGen) and iPod (10.6). Is there any way to upload "Folders" to iCloud. It seems to only like "Files"...... One of our frequently used folders contains about 150 small files and it would be a real pain to have them scattered all over the cloud.....
