Pages spell checking language

How does one change the language for spell checking in Pages?
I tried changing the system language but that just changed the interface of the program.

It's in the last tab of the text formatting, there's an option to set the language of the text you're typing in. Very handy if you're like me and havea papers in one language about works in another.
