I got my acceptance e-mail to the iPhone developer program and paid up. Now I am wondered what happens now? Do i get a e-mail/post?

You will have to wait for them to email you if I remember correctly. I think it took two days for me.

you should get an email with activation instructions. Follow those, then look for the program portal button to appear when you log into the iPhone developer center.
