I have a few marks on the unibody case & was wondering if there is a spray that can be bought for painting?

Not really. The MacBook Pro's aluminum is the look of, well, aluminum. It's not painted in the first place, so it would be very difficult to replicate the look. You'd end up making it look worse with any kind of paint. You can try to just clean it with a damp cloth and rub with some force, but that will bring minimal results.

yeah, you would just make it look worse, why don't the marks just clean off?

Well it's anodised aluminium, that's the finish. I doubt you'll find a paint that matches it.
