Paired Jawbone stopped showing up for audio when connected

Hello all. I've searched to see if this was answered and couldn't find anything. When I initially paired my Jawbone Icon with my Mid 2009 MBP and it worked with Skype. When connecting I would get a dialog asking if I wanted to use the device for audio. I no longer get that message and I have not been able to use the Jawbone for MBP audio any longer.

Thoughts?
