Pairing iTunes Remote with iTunes 12?

I'm trying to pairing iTunes Remote app with iTunes 12 on Yosemite but I couldn't. I did almost every thing but nothing has worked for me yet. I turned on home sharing on both my iPhone and Macbook Pro using the same Apple ID but nothing happened. When I tab on "Add an iTunes Library" and the pairing code appears, no window opens on my Mac for me to enter it and pair the app.
