Palm Rest Dirty

What can I use to clean the palm rest area? Its getting a bit dirty. Something I can use at home. I don't want to have to go out and buy something.

I heard that the Mr. Clean eraser works well? Is that true?

The Mr Clean magic eraser worked wonderfully on a friends ibook. I was impressed. Looked good as new.
