Panasonic PV-GS180 is it any good? I'm considering getting this one in the future. Currently I have a canon optura 20, but the panasonic one is 3ccd. Any thoughts or suggestions?

is it worth me upgrading my optura 20? I figure low light poor performance is standard on consumer level cameras...i usually add a light in the accessory shoe
