Who else uses pandora ALL the time now?

I love everything about the integration except no thumbs up thumbs down option, bummer.

yeah I love it I think it's one of th best apps out there. I just need to find a way to have my boss allow me to set up a radio in my office so I can just hook my phone up that.

Yes, very glad I stayed with the unlimited data. Even though I never came close to 2GB a month, with more and more of these apps being able to do thing in the background I will be using more 3G now.

What do you mean no thumbs up thumbs down option?

My Pandora app has the thumbs up thumbs down option. Or am I misunderstanding your statement..

Perhaps he means into the lock screen controls? That's what I'm assuming, because they're blatant on the app.

Slacker Radio Plus beats Pandora

unlimited skips and you can customize your stations a lot more than Pandora. and it has offline caching so i don't have to stream over 3G and i can listen to in in the NYC subway

I use it more. Bummed you only get 40hrs a month with the free version

Hence why I use pandora and last.fm, which does not have any limits!

Did they start applying the limit to the iPhone app? Last I heard the iPhone app was still immune to the limit.

Pandora, Pocket Tunes, TWiT Live, hopefully Rdio soon. I stream almost exclusively. I don't think I've ever played a music off of iPhone 4 locally. This and BT headset is a WIN.

The limit applies to your account, be it iphone or computer when you log on iirc

I can't seem to find any info suggesting the iphone has no time limit unfortunaltey. DO you have a link? WOuld be nice if that were the case

I think the limit does apply to the iPhone. My friend's wife a while back got an email from Pandora basically saying she was getting close to her limit and she could upgrade for blah blah blah.

That's too bad. I went over the limit a few times in the past, but the iPhone app would keep working even if you were locked out on the desktop.

I suppose it only makes sense that they would fix that, and the loophole probably only existed until a they released a new iPhone version. The only thing I can find is a post in a comment section of a news article 3 weeks ago saying that mobile minutes still aren't included in the 40hr maximum.

I haven't been able to get anywhere near that limit recently, so I don't know if that's still the case or not.

Yeah. I use it ALL THE TIME. More than I'd ever in the past.

Multitasking has really changed the way I use my phone. Even though I thought it wouldn't!

The only thing I don't like about Slacker is that the control buttons don't work with it.

I like it's features better, but the last two times I tried it out by the pool for some streaming music, it stuttered and crashed. And once was over 3G and the other was over WiFi. Had to switch over to Pandora to serve up the music which was frustrating.

I greatly prefer Slacker over Pandora. Better sound quality and better play lists (in my opinion). In fact, I canceled XM in my car 1.5 years ago and used a Slacker G2 until the iPhone app game out. Since then I stream 100% for my driving tunes. I'll have to give AccuRadio a try.
