If I originally jailbroke with 1.0.1, I'd there any reason to restore phone and rejailbreak with 1.1 or is it the same thing that I have now?

Try the mega link. This worked for me. I think the 22 link is 32 and mega 64

I am running on 64bit and pangu is working fine.

Update: Cydia installed automatically along with Pangu Icon.

Hopefully when I run it in English, it'll give me the error why the jailbreak fails on step 2. I turned off find iPhone and passcode. Restoring now and give it a shot in a few.

Did you set the phone into airplane mode? It Asked for me to do it in the english version.

Cool, you can tell if it's a broken download as it doesn't have the correct icon.

I restored the phone as new. Then disabled touch id passcode and find my iphone then set it to airplane mode.

After that I just ran Pangu on Parallels Windows 7 64bit on my mac and Jailbroke it. Then went back and restored from my back up..

I'm stuck at the apple logo now...doing a dfu restore and see.

Was able to JB, then when I enabled passcode and touchid, then do a restore, it got stuck at the apple logo.

Safari crashes more than the stock 8.1. So im gonna restore.
