just updated my iPhone5, hopefully this will fix my safari issues, it got to the point I was using chrome instead.

Get to wait till I get home until I can DFU restore, rejailbreak.

No problems here. Don't blame Pangu, when its more likely a installed tweak or user error that causing it to loop.
