Panic Coda Preview problem

Hi there,
Im having problems with using the Preview feature of the Coda.
I have my site listed as:
www.mydomain.com
However, as it is with every other server, when you login to your FTP, your actual web contents are usually in a folder called "www".
So when I try to preview a page, Coda opens up
www.mydomain.com/www/mypage.php
How can I fix this issue?
