I can see this feature being exclusive to the iPhone 5 and its larger screen in iOS 6. They typically add a couple more features in.

Of course, if we jailbreak, we can enable it on the 4S and below...

I doubt they would have different limitations depending on what device you are using... what if some are on iPad, some on iPhone, and some on Mac?

It could possibly max out at 5, hypothetically
