Tap options at the top when your in the camera. It should be in there.

under options in the camera app

turn on camera and hit options top middle where the HDR setting is.

Yeah apparently the 4 will not get it but their is an app available anyway.

seems like a decade since I have an iPhone 4, so fast time does fly, soon the iPhone 4S, will be redundand if apple continuing upgrading like this😀
