    HI all

I have the luxury of have the latest mac mini and macbook pro on my desk. However i noticed something thats really starting to have an effect on me:

I have a 1080p full 24inch monitor, top of the line stuff. Plug in via dvi either machine.

Now the mac mini desktop, documents etc, all look fuzzy, ive fiddled the settings still look fuzzy. So for an experiment, i plugged in the macbook pro. surprise, everything looks crisp and beautiful, running exactly the same applications:

    Any thoughts, solutions etc?

Oh and for completeness, i plugged in a normal 19inch monitor, same problem.

I think you need to find out what the native resolution of the monitor is and then try that. Check the manual then try the native resolutions on your mini.

All running fine like that, but i noticed my eye sight struggling with the mac mini on not the macbook pro , its something to do with clarity.

If the mini is presenting problems on two different monitors, i'd assume the mini is the problem.

Hopefully it is under warranty and can be solved with a quick call to Apple.

If it just text that's fuzzy maybe other anti-aliasing settings.
