Paperwork Scanning

Hi

I run a small business and am determined to go paperless. I'm using my iPhone to take photos of invoices, statements, etc. and save them to Dropbox but the quality is still not great due to shadows, creases and perspective. My normal printer/scanner is way too time-consuming for this job.

Can anyone recommend a system or portable scanner that takes a few seconds and communicates nicely with my Mac? Or perhaps a lightbox where I can put the paperwork in, and use the iPhone?

I use Scanbot all the time and it works really well. Automatically converts to pdf and drops it into a folder via Dropbox.
