Parallax effect can be turn off, and Blur can be enable.

iPhone 4: All effect disabled.
iPad 2: Blur effect disabled.
iPhone 5s: All effect enable.

This tweak needs HiddenSettings7 to configure.

I'm trying to use parallax on iPhone 4 ios 7.0.4 . Every time I'm turning on one effect it instantly turns off and it doesn't work. I had the same problem in the last version but I made it working somehow in the last version but with the update it doesn't, again ..!! Moreover what does the fastest toggle do? Thanks in advance ( somewhere I read that I must reset all settings but I don't want
