Parallels 3.0 - Library/StartupItems

I hardl ever use Parallels, but notice that I have a couple of items in Library/StartupItems (so I guess they're hogging some resources).

Is it safe to remove the folders in Library/StartupItems, or will that bugger up my Parallels software?
