Parallels 7 vs 8 speed improvements

I've seen real world benchmarks comparing the new versions of VMWare and Parallels, but I have not really seen benchmarks comparing Parallels 7 vs 8 other than Parallels vague claims. Any seen any real benchmarks on this or have specific experience on speed improvements upgrading from 7 to 8?
