Parallels and windows

Hi everyone

I have a iMac, 27 inch i7 with 12 GB.

I am running parallels with 6GB and 2 cpus for windows.

Does anybody knows which operating system will run faster? XP or 7?

With that much in hardware resources devoted to it, I'd go with 7.

Just make sure whichever you choose is the 64bit version.

You may find that you get better performance with 1 virtual CPU than with 2. At least that's the case with Fusion.
