Parallels Coherence not working correctly

Hi all, hope someone can help!
After installing the latest version of Parallels v13.
When in coherence mode when selecting the Windows icon on the dock nothing happens, it use to display the start menu?
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Off the top of my head, did you updat / install the Parallel Tools?

Also there an option for showing Windows apps in the dock. Is that enabled?

For what it's worth, I have Parallels 13 and Win10 so I know it is possible.

Hi, some one here knows if can I use coherence Parallels 13 with windows server 2016? I have Parallels 10 and it is not possible. Thanks.
