Parallels: Fullscreen Windows apps minimize when switching over to OS X

The title says it all really. In Parallels, there are a number of programs I run full screen. But each time I click on something within Mac OS X, the full screen Windows app will minimize. Needless to say, this is pretty annoying. Any ideas? Thanks.
