parallels vs supported bootcamp?

Should that Mac osx 10.8.3 now supports bootcamp drivers for Windows influence whether I continue to use Parallels?

Parallels and Boot Camp runs in two different ways. If what you're doing is fine then you can stick with it. Unless you need to use boot camp, then that's a different story
