With OS X, I can connect to a networked PC. However, Parallels/Windows explorer does not show the PC on the network. How do I get it to show ?

problem solved (for posterity)
found post on Parallels forum to:
- reinstall Parallels Tools
- Click Virtual Machine menu > Configure > Hardware > Network 1
-- select Default Adapter as the Type
