What is the difference between Parallels Desktop 6 Switch to Mac Edition and Parallels 6?

Is the speed the same for both?

The switch to mac edition has some extra software and a transfer cable to make a virtual image of your windows pc to use as a vm under parallels.
 
Okay thanks guys. I guess theres no speed difference, mind as well buy the cheaper one haha.
