Part# for my Macbook?

    I have a whilte Macbook core 2 duao 2ghz, i want to upgrade the memory and i think i can get away with 3g on this macbook. I checked crucial and i need the correct part# for my macbook do any of you know where that is located? I looked where the battery is with no luck.

    but that does not tell me where i can find the part# on my laptop.

    Why do you need the part number? What part are you numbering?

    I need the system part # because they made a few model core2 duo 2ghz models one accepts 4gb of ram the other 3gm crucial has the best price and you need to know which laptop you have by part#.

    Do you have the box it came in.......look at the label on the side.......
