Hi, first time iPhone user (14 Pro Max) here and Apple virgin in general with a UI question.
If I begin to swipe up from the bottom as if to go to the app switcher but then quickly swipe down the app I’m in will appear like this:
My question is what is this for? I’m much more Android-experienced and so I’m familiar with some UIs that let you multitask (and I’m aware the iPad lets you do this) but tapping on the empty space above the app or tapping the arrow just brings the app up to fullscreen again. What is this feature? 😅
