That's just so the feint of heart won't attempt to hack it. If you have a little ingenuity, it's not so hard. I sort of freaked when I saw the !folder icon, but I used my head to overcome the situation. It's like the don't try this unless you know what you're doing, and in this case I did. They'll especially say this is mags because they want to cover their ass.
I almost never learn unless I f*ck something up first. That's how I learn and grow in computers. But I can see how people wouldn't want to hack their $400-500 device.
