Hi I'm reformatting my mac with a new bought snow leopard CD.

Can I do a partition after installing it? Or I need to do it while I install it? Do I need any extra software?

The idea is to have 80 GB for the mac, 40 GB for windows - but, install windows later on - not for the next week or so.

Many thanks,

Grazi:confused:

Yes, you may do it after you install it via bootcamp

Install SL.

When you feel like installing windows in a week or two, go to applications\utilities\Boot Camp assistant.

That will guide you through EVERYTHING you need to do for installing windows on a partition (that it will guide you through making).

Its pretty simple, have fun
