Partition resizing

I made a partition for windows using bootcamp, and i made it 30gb, but after, i decided i wanna only make it about 20gb to save some space in os x. So i was wondering, is there a way i can resize the partitions without completely restoring the hard drive to os x then re-partitioning and re-installing windows?

Yes. Use Winclone to transfer your Boot Camp partition to an image, restore the OS X partition, repartition to whatever size you want, and restore the image back to the Windows partition.
