Hello Everyone!
This is my first time on here. My son got an i-pod touch for Christmas. He came to me all upset today because he set a passcode lock and now cannot remember it! We have tried several times to come up with the code, and now we have entered the wrong code, it disables it for a certain amount of time. Does anyone know what we can do? I would appreciate any help/suggestions anyone could offer.
Thank you,
Jill Mills

Restore the phone is the only way to get rid of the password you don't know.

You could restore it from the computer, or if you have MobileMe setup, maybe you can go under the iPod Touch and set a new code for the device.

If you don't have MobileMe (Find My iPhone), restore the device then register the device on MobileMe just incase you need it.
