"Passcode Requirement" weird dialog box

just had a dialog box pop up on my phone saying "passcode requirement" you must change your passcode within 60 minutes. Whats up with this? Malware?

Are you certain that you didn't accidentally install a profile on your phone? I'm not sure why this would occur without a profile with a passcode requirement being installed on the phone.
