iPod touch Passcode to unlock iPod Touch not showing up

When I slide to unlock my iPod Touch, the usual 4 digit code to unlock it doesn't show up. Instead, it just goes right to the homescreen. And it also doesn't say Enter Passcode like it usually does.

There doesn't seem to be a passcode setup. You can set up your passcode in Settings.
