Passing files from MacBook to iPhone4S

...without using any kind of 'syncing' in iTunes. How would I do this in a drag-and-drop approach like with music and 'manually manage music' setting?

I'm talking about PDFs and photos.

My company uses Drop Box.

Apple is wanting you to use the Cloud.

We like Drop Box as works over all hardware including Windows, Android and Apple.

I'm not really after a service, more of a trick i've not found yet.

Also, I'd consider your use of DropBox on a business level. Their security has massive flaws.
