Few days ago I installed bootcamp and window 10 ,it works no problem, but today I switched back to Mac os ,I put in my password but did not go trough ,I know my password, so without any option I selected lost password and now I am in to this screen ,it doesn't matter if I press command and R or if I shut the mac 21 off ,it brings me back to this screen, why is that?? Thank you in advance

That's a box that should be for your firmware password - not the same as your account login. You will need to enter THAT (firmware) password.
If you don't remember what password you used when you enabled the firmware (or EFI) password, then you have to use the OTHER option that will help you reset your firmware password. You will need to take your iMac to an Apple store, or an authorized service shop, along with proof of ownership, where an Apple tech can go through their proprietary process to reset your firmware password.

Or take it to a repair shop that know how to desolder the firmware chip, reprogram it to delete the password and solder it back to the logic board.
