Password on OS X software update, secure files etc autofill

I have a quick question I hate every time I update my Macbook Pro with software update or access secure files on my macbook pro it asks for my password is there any way to auto fill this so all I can do is hit ok and not have to type my long password every time thanks.
 
It even does this with no password. It is annoying (reminds me of Vista's constant "are you sure you want to continue" questions) and I would like to bypass it also.
