    Hey,

Can anyone tell me if you can password protect a single folder which will be stored on my external harddrive?

No it doesn't contain porn :D Its contains file I've kept over the last year about my weight loss and it has some photographs of (a larger) me... which i don't want people to see.

Just that I'll be moving in with other people soon, and don't want them stumbling into that folder.

Thanks for any help and advice.

An encrypted sparseimage would be your easiest and best bet! Disk Utility!

P.S.: I'd be proud of myself oh having lost weight and show off the 'before' pics and 'after' myself!:D
