Does anyone know of an app that would enable me to password protect a single application of my choice. I keep all of my passwords, PIN #'s and account information in my contacts program. Rather than transfer the sensitive information from those entries to a program like Ewallet, I'd like to just keep storing the info in the Contacts app, but secure the app with a password. Anyone know of anything that works that way?
thanks,
Gerry

I am not aware of anything like that
You might could put it on an encrypted disk image (using Disk Utility)

Encryption?

Not sure I follow you here--Contacts is on my iphone and I synch it with my desktop Outlook/Contacts App. I'm concerned about my Iphone application--Is there a way to encrypt it somehow on the iphone?

Sorry... I wasn't paying attention 😱
Didn't realize we were in the iPhone Forum

Carry on

I use an app called mAdvLock to do exactly this. Unfortunately, it would require you to jailbreak to use it. I'm not aware of any "official" / app store apps that do this, although I'd be interested if there were.
