Password to continue using iCloud

    Hi all!

    Yesterday I received my new iMac 27" and setup everything except for iCloud. The problem I first had was that I didnt receive the verification sms. I checked my Apple ID account and entered my phone number again using 0031 (The Netherlands) but still no sms...

    The second annoying problem I have with iCloud is that it keeps asking me to enter my password to continue using iCloud. I did this like 10x already with the correct password.

    Is anyone having the same issues and know how to fix this?

    Unfortunately, I think you have to call Apple.

    Last weekend I decided to pay a visit to a local Apple store and they said I have to call Apple. So I think I'll just do that since I can't find any solution on the internet.
