Password Window Keeps Showing Up On A Specific URL

I have a url that Password keeps trying to force me to use to enter. Everytime I call up the front page, Password window shows up and I have to hit the escape key to change it, so I can cancel the little window. The url doesnt show up in my password file, so I can't change or delete it. How do I keep that little window from showing up?
