Patched Big Sur update 11.6.6

Hello everyone
I have a iMac 2010 patched with oclp Big Sur and I am getting the notification to update the software to 11.6.6.
The size is 11.49 GB and I wanted to know if it is ok to update the software as I am running a patched version of Big Sur

I’ve been reading a bunch of these posts and it has confused me to no end.
About 2 or so months ago,
I installed big sur on my Mac Pro 2010 and have been using it great since but mow I’m seeing all these posts about these patches and other things. I’m not too up to date with all this technical stuff but was wondering if I will now encounter any problems. I always use pro tools recording software and photoshop and everything seems fine so far.

I will add the version I installed is what popped up one day on my screen so I just went ahead with the install and it went through fine
