Iphone has been out for over a year and still no copy and paste??
Still no video recording??
Still no sideways/landscape SMS Typing?

i think apple does this for a reason

if they add all those features in 2.1, then what are they going to add in 2.2, 2.3, etc.....
these features will come in time

car companies do the same thing

simple, dont buy it

get the other phone that has the features you want.

problem solved.

if you have such a problem with the phone, just dont get it. How is that being a fanboy (i used gentler terms)?

Pathetic

Iphone has been out for over a year and still people bother to type out identical complaints over and over and over about the same "missing" features??

since the iphone has the ability to do many features it lacks,,
then its not a problem with the phone i have

its a problem with the software developers or whoever is in charge of the iphones firmware

We know the iPhone isn't perfect, we know it lacks those things. But we've had plenty of threads talking about this, there is no need to bring it up.

One can buy an iPhone, enjoy what it has, and miss some other features/email apple. Or one can buy another smartphone, and enjoy some features that the iPhone lacks, will missing some of the things others enjoy. Perhaps that person will buy an iPhone when it has the features he or she wants. Perhaps not.

Anyway it happens, we didn't need another thread to talk about it.

Edit- Ahh, you changed your choice words...ok....I'll unquote that post you removed :-D

I normally try to exercise patience and try to be understanding, but DAM what makes your thoughts so special that you need to post yet another thread about the same thing?? If you joined a forum to have your voice heard, great, add your opinion to the hundreds of threads that same the same exact thing.

I'm seriously awaiting the day when the entire first page is filled with 2 threads

1) Only one of my speakers work

2) What? No *#*$( cut and paste, MMS or video recording?

Pathetic is starting yet another thread about the same tired whining about some missing features.

There is video recording... you'll just have to void your warranty to get it =)

You're just now coming to the realization of these things after a year?

Bit slow eh?

No, but you're attempting to publish your opinion about something, and if you can't do it in a logical and educated manner, no one will take you seriously.

can I saw owned? lol
I second to what you said.

Please complain elsewhere.

you must be a fool. I didnt really think anyone who values these features wouldnt know that the iphone doesnt have them. Especially after a year on the market.

you must be ignorant.

So because someone thinks that a person should present an opinion in a clear and articulate way they must be old? As if the first post wasn't bad enough, this takes the cake.

I'm sure you can find someone on the playground to play with.

another one...
:(
Why yes, it's the iPod/iPhone halo effect.

Believe it or not, but outside the Apple community's close-knit circle of apologists and yes-men there are people who are not restrained by unconditional brand loyalty. They see products for what they are, and will criticize them accordingly. Apple can't really grow without these "infidels" coming in from the outside, so it's something you're gonna have to learn to live with.
