Pause Button?

I'm using an application in my vmware fusion "windows" mode. I need the "pause" button. I guess it exists on the pc keyboard, but i can't find one on my 17" mbp. I read somewhere that it's the f16 key, but f12 is the highest I've got.

Is there any solution for this? Can I reassign an "f" key to do what pause does on a pc keyboard?

If you're using on of the new unibody models it's the F8 key.

The one with the big Play/Pause icon on it. 😕

It's about 2.5 years old. F8 only has a dash on it.

Space sometimes works. Also, try fn (function)+F8.
