Were a person to use a credit card with Pay Cash, ILO of a debit card, what is fee/rate, or is that dependent on the credit card issuer?

And who picks up this surcharge, is it the sender or the recipient?

When Googling "Apple Pay Cash Credit Card Fee", the first result is an apple support document

"There’s no fee to use Apple Pay Cash with a debit card. If you send money using a credit card, there's a standard 3% credit card fee on the amount funded with a credit card."

Thanks, Dave. I was aware of the no fee for debit cards, but I missed the note re the rate for credit cards.

The documents you must agree to on your phone before even signing up at all spell this out. Reading them instead of just hitting agree is probably a good idea.
