Paying for Apps. Couple of Questions

I know when you buy the Apps on iTunes and have them pushed to the Phone you'll pay by credit card there.

But when you download over the air or via WiFi on the Phone itself do you give it your iTunes Store Username/Password or does it show up on your Monthly ATT Bill?

I would think the charge would go under the Apple account as I don't see why the money would go to AT&T


Hopefully it goes under the iTunes account, because if not then what's to stop me from downloading a crap load of apps? I'd have to parental control myself so I don't go crazy.

No, it will be payed via iTunes, like you do a song on iTunes on WiFi, except now it is everywhere you have a signal. Then when you plug in the iPhone to your computer, they will sync to the computer.
